Keeping the challenges of middle-class families in mind, the monthly installment has been kept as low as PKR 14,000, which is comparable to the rent of a modest house. Citizens who own 1–5 marla land in rural areas or 1–10 marla land in urban areas are eligible to apply for this loan.

Execution Model-1 (Tentative 10,000 Housing Units)

Under this model, PHATA collaborates with developers through equity-based or state land-sharing arrangements to facilitate housing construction.

  • Developers are required to strictly adhere to the designs approved and provided by PHATA.

  • For construction on state-owned land, the government will not provide any infrastructure subsidy.

  • PHATA will be responsible for the development of trunk infrastructure through block allocation, subject to approval by the Punjab Government.

Execution Model-2 (Tentative 20,000 Housing Units)

This model focuses on housing projects within residential areas, where developers must obtain PHATA approval under the Affordable Private Housing Scheme (APHS) Rules 2020.
